- Prohibited Actions
Both Vendors and Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
Misuse of Platform: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, the accounts of other users, or interfere with the operation of the Platform in any way (e.g., through hacking, phishing, or other malicious actions).
False or Misleading Information: Posting or distributing content that is false, misleading, or deceptive in nature, including fraudulent claims, counterfeit products, or misrepresentations of the quality or nature of services or products.

Vendor Suspension: If a Vendor engages in repeated or serious violations, their ability to list products/services may be suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
- Limitation of Liability

Disputes between Vendors and Customers.
